The Albanian expatriates in Bulgaria on March 21st, 1903 in Sofia published the first number of the newspaper “Vetetima”. It was published once in two weeks in Albanian and partly French. This was the second Albanian newspaper, after “Drita” newspaper that was published in Sofia.
