7.Title: 15 March 1991, the establishment of diplomatic relations between Albania and the US
Between the Government of the People’s Socialist Republic of Albania and the Government of the United States, on March 15th, 1991, was completed the memorandum of understanding on the restoration of diplomatic relations between two countries. As it is known the diplomatic relations between the Albanian Kingdom and the United States were broke down in April 1939 after the Albania’s occupation by the fascist Italy.
