The lecturer and economist Naum Stralla, was born on December 23rd ,1903, in Korca, where he took his first lessons. After finished the National Lyceum he studied and graduated as Economist abroad. For many years taught in the trading school of Korca and then headed the Commercial School in Vlora. He was involved in the anti-fascist war and after the liberation in the country’s development.
