The Assembly of Lezha
640 years ago, after fierce battles, the Sultan, the third time was forced to withdraw his troops from the Albanian lands. To find the necessary forces tools to face the expected expeditions of the Ottoman army, Scanderbeg, decided to renew and strengthen the Albanian League, so he called Albanian leaders to be gathered in January 1468, at a Albanian general assembly in Lezha.
