Behar Shtylla
Behar Shtylla, a prominent figure of the National Liberation War and the Albanian Diplomatic Service, died on December 8th 1994. He went in the Lycée of Korça, where he was distinguished for good results and journalistic and literary creativity. During the National Liberation War, he participated in partisan units and performed important tasks. After the war, he was engaged in diplomacy field, representing the country in many important international events for many years as Minister of Foreign Affairs, he led our diplomatic service.
