The High Council of Regency
The National Assemble that was established by Nazi occupation authorities, in the meeting of October 6th, 1943, annulled the decisions and agreements that sanction the unification of Albania with Italy, set again the fundamental statute of Albania Monarchy, elected the High Council of Regency and appointed the Government.
