The Albanian Insurance Institute and Insurance Company “Kosova”, on August 5, 1999, signed a memorandum of understanding between them. It is among the first bridges that were thrown into the field of economic and financial cooperation between Albania and Kosovo. Concerning the points of this agreement, both parties relied on specific and detailed programs that assist the co-operation between them.
