Emin Spahija
In the beginning of December 2004, was executed with 5 bullets by unknown persons the president of the League of Reconciliation Missionaries of Blood Feuds Emin Spahija. He was found dead in the entrance of his house in Shkodra and as many other cases the killers were not disclosed. Emin Spahija was among those who worked for the reconciliation of the blood in the north of the country and the press of that time wrote that he was killed for revenge.
