In Ranx-Bushat, Shkodra, on June 28th, 1942, was born the journalist and publisher, Lucie Doci. She received the first lessons in his native village and in Bushat, while Veterinary Technique was completed in Shkodra. During the years 1973-1977, she attended the correspondence with the higher studies in Albanian language. She began to publish, in the school bullets. In 1968, she was appointed editor of the newspaper “Zeri i Rinise” and later in the “8 Nentori” Publishing Company and in the newspaper “Bashkimi”. In 1993, she set up and directed the publishing house “Rozafa”. Her bibliography includes hundreds of articles, reportage, descriptions, and 3 publicist volumes.
