On August 27, 1913, the Albanian newspaper ” Përlindja e Shqipërisë “, in the article “Tram in Vlora”, writes about the interim government’s efforts to give Albania a “new face”. For this she has written at the forefront of her “street and school” program. But the development of internal and external events did not allow the government of Ismail Qemali to implement its programs.
