The journalist and diplomat Alfred Papuçiu was born on June 26, 1947. After graduating from the University of Tirana, he began his career as a journalist at Radio-Tirana, at the Directorate of Foreign Language Programs and at the same time as an external lecturer, gave French at the Faculty of Law engineering. He then moved to the Diplomatic Service, representing the country in Switzerland. From 1991, he moved as an employee of the United Nations Office in Switzerland. In Radio Radio’s microphone and then on the Albanian and Swiss press pages, dozens of articles have been published, bearing the signature of Alfred Papuçiu. He is also the author of 5 publicist and literary books, published in Albanian and French.
