Without a full week from the day that the Italian Foreign Minister Konti Ciano instructed the Italian legation in Tirana, asking to the Albanian authorities, the recognition of the fascist government of Franco, on November 26th, 1936 the Council of Ministers, headed by Costa Kota, declared officially the recognition de jure and de facto of Franco government.
