On April 25th, 1911, was killed the patriot Rushit Dine Halili. He was born in Konispol, in 1850, in a patriotic family. Close collaborator with Hasan Tahsini, he developed a dense activity to awake the national consciousness of Albanians. In 1895, his home in Konispol, turned into a secret club, in a classroom, where young and old, secretly learned to write and read their mother tongue.
