The League of Prizren
On December 1880 in Prizren arrived Abdyl Frashëri, with a group of representatives of southern Albania and the League Committee declared itself “Provisional Government”. The committee composed the administration with Albanian o officers and focused on the organization of the armed forces, which would protect the Albanian lands.
