Ymer Dishnica
On October 22nd, 1944, with the establishment of the Democratic Provisional Government of Albania in Berat, for the first time in our country the Ministry of Medical began its activities. The first minister of medicine was appointed Ymer Dishnica doctor, graduated for medicine in the University of Lion and Paris in France. In this post he has worked until 1946, and then he was in available to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as the translator of the history of diplomacy.
