The Albanian Parliament, meeting in a plenary session, on April 22nd 1993, ratified the “Treaty of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Bulgaria” and the “Treaty of good neighborliness and cooperation between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Turkey”.
