On January 21st, 1931, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tirana among the Kingdom of Albania and the United States, was signed the “Treaty on naturalism”. The Albanian party signed this treaty by the Prime Minister and vice Foreign Minister Pandeli Evangjeli, whiles on behalf of US by the Plenipotentiary Minister of the United States in Tirana, Herman Bernstein. This treaty was effective for 10 years and may be extended.
