Teachers of the Pedagogical Institute
In Tirana, on December 20th,, 1946, was set up in the end of December, the biennial High Pedagogical Institute for the preparation of army of teachers, who needed the land, to eliminate the illiteracy and for the schools that will rise up to remote villages .The Institute was the beginning of the establishment of higher education in our country.
