Dervish Pasha
During the anti-Albanian campaign of Dervish Pasha, on November 19th, 1880 in Shkodra was established the committee of 12 people that appealed to the Albanian patriots, not to interrupt the war for the protection of Ulcinj and the other Albanian territories, that the occupiers were tried to uproot by arbëror lands.
