In Paris, on January 18th, 1919, was opened the Peace Conference. Despite the neutrality proclaimed by the Great Powers, Albania was treated worse than defeated countries. During the conference, several projects were developed for the separation of the Albanian State and disappearance from the political map of Europe. Only the Congress of Lushnja and Vlora War especially, makes these plans to fail.
