18 January 1919, was published the first number of “Populli” newspaper in Shkodra

In Shkodra, on January 18^th, 1919, came the first issue of socio-political newspaper “Populli”. It was directed by the patriot Sali Nivica. It treats important problems like how to protect the independence, the country’s terrestrial and national unity.
