On February 17th, 1987, died the prominent doctor and lawyer Dr.Spiro Çipi. He was born in Korça in 1909. There he completed the elementary school and Lyceum and was graduated in the Faculty of Medicine and Law at the University of Sorbonne in Paris. Spiro Çipi was the first legal doctor in our country, also the first professor of Forensic Medicine in the Faculty of Law, in the School of Interior Ministry and in the Faculty of Medicine.
