Peace Conference
The Committee “Mbrojtja Kombëtare e Kosovës”, on January 12th,1920, sent to the Presidency of the Peace Conference in Paris a protest against the plans to give Scutari to Yugoslavia, Epirusto Greece and Vlora to Italy. This, was written in protest, would be a cruel and barbaric decision, which will not be accepted by the human conscience in the twentieth century.
