On February 11th, 1920 based on the decision of the government of the Congress of Lushnja the National Council together with of the Supreme Council and the members of the government entered in Tirana, welcomed enthusiastically by 15 thousand residents of the newest capital in Europe. During February the administrations of almost all the provinces of central Albania that were depended by the government of Durres joined with the government of Sulejman Delvina. This enabled the complete liquidation of the Government of Durrësi.
