On November 11th, 1919, the French Lieutenant Colonel Kreten, who commanded the international organ of “Albanian Border”, has written in the report in Korça for the revolt that was caused by his efforts and the Archbishop of Durres, Jakov, for the establishment of schools in Greek language in the Albanian villages Zeçisht, Qytezë, Tërovë, Boboshticë, Rehovë, Kamenicë, Mborje etc.
