With the Royal Decree, dated on June 1st, 1939, the National Authority ” Djelmënia Shqiptare ” was dissolved and returned to the National Authority “Djelmënia e Liktorisë Shqiptare “, a fascist organization aimed at manipulating the new Albanian generation.
