The Scientific Qualification Commission, at the Ministry of Education of Science of the Republic of Albania, on July 10, 2000, gave the distinguished lecturer of “Luigj Gurakuqi” University of Shkodra, “The Teacher of the People”, Faik Luli, the title of High “Doctor honoris kauza”.
