In the beginning of April 1937, was published the full masterpiece Father Gjergj Fishta “Lahuta e Malëcisë “. The author had published two of its parts in Zare, old Albanian colonies in Dalmatia. The full work was published by the Franciscan printing in Shkodra . The book had a great echo throughout the country, and outside Albania. At a meeting of poets from around the world in New York of the United States, the author of “Lahuta e Malëcisë ” was officially nominated for the “Nobel prize” .
