In the meeting of October 5th, 1395, the Senate of Venice examined the proposal of the ruler of Vlora, in order to give Vlora, Kanina, Himara, and Pirgu to the Republic. In return, she demanded a reward of 7,000 ducats and her son protection from the Republic of Saint Mark.
