Jusuf Beu, an Albanian from Prenika village and deputy on osman parliament, on October 17 1878, published the brochure “Talks of the day that deserves attention”. In it he describes the history of Albania, Skanderbeg’s epopee and continuous uprisings of Albanians against the osman. The brochure treats also a program and political platform for a lot of issues related to the Albanian national problem.
