In Constance, Romania, on January 3rd, 1910 our exiles approved the status of independent society “Bashkimi”. The lawyer Joan Mihal Lehova was elected as chairman. The statute defined as aim of the society the union of all migrants, regardless of social positions and religion and the establishment of the Albanian school in Constance for education and preservation of the native language to children but also to adults.
