On February 8th, 1952, in the Village of Stagova in Kacanik in Kosovo, was born, the journalist, publicist and poet Sabit Jaha. He did the primary education in homeland and in the old Kaçanik, and then he followed the Normal School in Ferizaj and graduated in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Pristine. Since he was a student he began to write and publish in the Albanian press of Kosovo and Macedonia. In 1982, he was appointed to the editorial board of the journal “Rilindja” and “Skendja”. Except the numerous articles in the Albanian press Sabit Jaha has published two volumes of poetry, which have had a positive echo among readers and literary criticism.
