In Tirana on February 6th, 1916 was born Begeja Halim. He was educated in his hometown and finished the college in Shkodra. Began the Faculty of Law in Montpellier, France but interrupted his studies in 1942. In the homeland joined the National Front and was elected delegate at the Conference of Peza, Mukja etc. In 1945 join the Youth Ballist Battalion and goes to Kosovo to fight against Yugoslav Communists. He was among the founders of the Committee ” Shqipëria e Lirë ” and one of the editors of the newspaper ” Flamuri “. Halim Beqja died in New York at the age of 61 years.
