Vincenzo Kardo, Italian painter of the last century, came to Albania in 1929 and painted several landscapes and portraits. With his best 30 works he opened in our country a solo exhibition in Apulia, on February 6th, 1930. Many of the works exhibited, today are saved in museums and private collections in Italy. In 1931 and 1940, published in magazines two articles on the impressions that the picturesque Albania had done. These are illustrated with paintings realized during his stay in Albania.
