Ismail Qemali
George Matias, on behalf of the Albanians residing in Spalato, on December 12th, 1912 greeted Ismail Qemali and “Albanian men” for the achieved victory in Vlora on November 28th. After the Declaration of Independence, many telegrams and letters arrived in Vlora by Albanian colonies and other countries of our immigrants.
