the Albanian National Bank
On December 3rd, 1913, was published the first act of concession between the Interim Government of Vlora and the representatives of the Commercial Bank in Milan and the Bank of Vienna, on the establishment of the Albanian National Bank. The concession was not realized as a result of the Balkan wars and the First World War.
