On November 22th, 1927, between Albania and the Fascist Italy was signed what is known as the “The Second Pact of Tirana”. The agreement was intended to oppose Franco-Yugoslav alliance, but actually handcuffed Albania from the Italian fascism. Today the Albanian science commemorates the professor Alekandër Xhuvani.
