The democratic patriot Nebi Sefa died on November 2nd, 1942. He was graduated in Berat, Kostance and Selanik. After returning to his hometown, Lushnjë, secretly he taught to the fellow citizens, the Albanian language. He supported the Bitola Congress and the memorandum of Gerces Assembly. In the day of the declaration of independence he was a delegate in Vlora, while in 1920, he was a member of the commission of Lushnja Congress, and supportive of Sulejaman Delvina, that was established by this forum, and supportive of the revolutionary government of Noli.
