In Boston, United States of America, on August 14, 1912, the First Assembly of the Panetta Albanian Federation “Vatra” was held under the direction of Llambi Kreshpan. The Assembly chose the regular chairmanship of patriotic society. General secretary of “Vatres” and editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Dielli”, was elected Faik Konica.
