On January 21st, 1931, the Albanian Government with its decision prohibited the distribution of the newspaper “Arbëria”. At the same time in parliament was held a debate and was decided the prosecution of the journalist and chief editor of the newspaper “Arbëria” Nebil Çika, because he had opposed the law on the press, who set the strict censorship on propaganda.
