On March 24th, 1911, was erupted the uprisinig of MbiShkodra Highland. The rebels, under the direction of Gjo Luli Ded, attacked the Ottoman units of Trebinja. This event has an important place in the history of our country, because it caused a series of revolts that led to the rasinig of the flag in Vlora, in November 1912.
