The publicist from Kosovo Beqir Hoti was born on January 14th, 1937. He was graduated for Language and Literature at the University of Pristine, starting his career as a permanent correspondent of Peja, of the newspaper “Rilindja” that was published in Pristine. Then he moved and worked in the editorial office of this notebook, while during 1985-1989 was chief editor of the daily newspaper. Beqir Hoti has published many journalistic writings of different genders.
