Faik Konica
The Extraordinary Assembly of the Albanian Federation “Vatra”, held in Bosoton on December 8th, 1912 sent Faik Konica as a delegate in Europe and Albania, to present before the European diplomacy and Provisional Government of Vlora the attitudes of “Vatra” for resolving the issue of the throne of Albania and constitution. At the same time, he was appointed as a delegate of “Vatra” in the Albanian Congress that was held in Trieste.
