On March 6th, 1995, in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen was hold the high-level conference of the United Nations Organization for social development. In this conference participated over than 130 heads of state and government, including our delegation. The conference examined the possibility for the correction of “social injustice” and poverty alleviation, that are considered by the analysts and economists the most dangerous “social bomb” of our days.
