In November 1945, in Kokaj village of Gjilan, was born the writer Zejnulla Halili. He was graduated for Albanian literature. His carrier started as a teacher. For a long time, he directed the program for the children in Radio Pristina, and later he was an editor in “Rilindja” newspaper, and chief editor of “Gazeta e pionereve”. He is the author of hundreds of radio and television programs, numerous articles and 21 literary works, mostly for children.
