On March 28th, 378, is commemorated the Roman emperor of Illyrian origin, Valens Flavius, the brother of Great Valentine, strategist, who has done and won many battles. He is immortalized with the famous water supply of Constantinople that has his name. In March 364, is appointed August Emperor in the east of Roman Empire as the Great Valentine’s brother and the sucker of Illyrian dynasty Flavius. He was killed in the battle against the Visigoths, near Adrianople.
