On March 28th, 1924, in Tirana, was established the women association “Shqiptarka”. Its president was elected Behixhe Elbasani, vice president Shadi Asllani. The society had its council, were participated Parashqevi Qiriazi, Hilvie Selenica and other personalities of Albanian women of that time.
