Ottoman Emperor
The Assembly of Albanians on the issue of schools, gathered from all parts of Albania in Bucharest, on November 26th, 1898 sent a letter to Sultan in Istanbul, asking the opening of Albanian language courses in all schools in Greek and Turkish language.
