The Chairman of the Albanian delegation in Paris, Mehmet Konica, on April 25, 1920, through a telegram addressed to the Allied Permanent Conference in San Remo, demands respect for the independence and territorial integrity of the Albanian state. The Albanian people, he emphasize, “will no longer accept the fragmentation of their lands or foreign interference and is determined to defend by all means the independence of his country”.
