Bedri Pejani
The nationalist Leaders of Kosovo, between 16th and 18th September 1943 came together in the Congress of Prizren. In this Congress participated delegates from all the Albanians areas. The Congress announced the union of Kosovo with Albania. This event was call “The second League of Prizren”.
